RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We hope you love your CAVE piece. If you change your mind, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

For returns requested after the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unused, with any original hang tags and original packaging included where applicable. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted under our additional 30-day return policy.

Unless the product is defective, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when you receive it.

If your item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at caveclothingbrand@gmail.com, preferably including your order number and photographs of the issue.

We will assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution. Where the return is due to a defective, damaged or incorrect item, CAVE will cover the applicable return shipping costs.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Custom-made or personalised products cannot normally be returned under our additional 30-day return policy unless they are defective, damaged or incorrect.

Gift cards are non-returnable.

These exceptions do not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

Sale items

Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount remain subject to any statutory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

For returns outside the statutory withdrawal period but within CAVE's additional 30-day return period, the conditions of our 30-day return policy apply.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or product, please contact us at caveclothingbrand@gmail.com.

The simplest way to exchange an item may be to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been accepted.

European Union — 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without providing a reason, subject to the conditions and exceptions provided by applicable law.

The 14-day withdrawal period generally begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at caveclothingbrand@gmail.com with a clear statement informing us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase.

This statutory right is separate from CAVE's additional 30-day return policy and is not affected by it.

Unless otherwise required by law, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning goods when exercising the right of withdrawal. If the item received is defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us so we can arrange the appropriate solution.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return.

If your refund is approved, it will be issued automatically to your original payment method. For returns made under applicable statutory withdrawal rights, refunds will be processed within the legally applicable timeframe.

Please remember that your bank, card issuer or payment provider may require additional time to process and display the refund.
